Patrick Primitivo Sombrio Jr., 54, of Hilo, died Dec. 18, 2019, at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Honokaa, he worked in retail sales for KB Toys, Cutter Ford, CompUSA, Sears and Kamaaina Motors.

He is survived by wife, Cecilia Yadao-Sombrio of Hilo; sons, Jericho Sombrio and Christian Sombrio of Honolulu, Payton Sombrio of Hilo; brother, Aaron Sombrio of Honokaa; sisters, Summer Borrego of Las Vegas, Nevada and Fonda Ash of Texas; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Robert “Jody” “Rob” “Bobby” Abraham, 58, of Waikoloa, died Dec. 16, 2019, at North Hawaii Community Hospital. Born Jan. 21, 1961, in San Diego, he was a Cook 1 at the Mauna Lani, Hilton Waikoloa, Hapuna Prince and the Keauhou Beach hotels and member of ILWU local 142.
Friends may call 3-6 p.m. Feb. 1 at Old Kona Airport Park’s big pavilion for a service. The family requests casual attire and no flowers.
He is survived by wife, Josette Abraham of Waikoloa; son, Taylar Abraham of Waikoloa; sister, Melody (Jim) Summey of Kailua-Kona; several aunts and uncles; five nephews; three nieces and numerous cousins.

Lillian C. Ornellas, 83, of Waimea, died Jan. 14, 2020, in Waimea. Born April 30, 1936 in Ewa, Oahu, she was a landscaper.

Edward “Ed” Galu Stevens, 89, of Kailua-Kona, died Nov. 30, 2019, at his residence. Born July 5, 1930, in Honolulu, he was a retired district manager for Hawaiian Telephone Co. and a U.S. Air Force veteran.
Friends may call at noon to 6 p.m. Feb. 15 at Hawaii Big Game Fishing Club located at Honokohau Boat Harbor for a celebration of life,. Service at 1 p.m. Luncheon to follow. Family requests no flowers.
He is survived by wife, Betty Stevens; son, Richard Stevens both of Kailua-Kona; daughters, Rene (Beni Atualevao) Stevens, Sina (Jay) Cabilin all of Washington; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
